Keep the order reference provided by the store. You can use the order tracking page for available order updates or contact our team with your order number.

If you need to correct delivery details or request a change or cancellation, contact us with the order reference and the requested change. Ask the team to confirm what can be arranged for that order; sending a request is not confirmation that it has been completed.

Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery. Contact our team within this window with your order number and the item you wish to return or exchange.

If an item arrives damaged, appears incorrect or raises another concern, contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help explain the problem.
