Read product-specific material and care guidance before choosing or using EUROPLAST household products.

A little attention to product details helps you choose and use your household essentials with confidence. Materials, intended uses and care instructions can differ between products, so use the information for your specific item rather than assuming the whole collection has the same properties.
Check the details for your item
Read the product description, packaging and any markings or instructions supplied with the item. Look for information about its intended use, material, size and care.
If a material specification or use instruction is missing, contact our team with the product name or item code before purchasing or using it for that purpose.
Food, heat and appliances
Do not assume a product is suitable for food contact, hot liquids, a microwave, dishwasher, freezer or oven unless its own instructions or markings confirm that use. A material name or appearance alone is not a substitute for product-specific guidance.
Check the stated limits before exposing an item to heat or using it in an appliance. If the intended use is unclear, ask us first.
Cleaning and everyday care
Follow the cleaning instructions provided for your item, including any restrictions on cleaning products, scrubbing or appliance use. Avoid a cleaning method that the product instructions do not support.
Inspect the item as you use it. If it becomes cracked, damaged or otherwise unsuitable for its intended purpose, stop using it and contact us if you need product guidance.
Need a specific answer?
Send the product name or item code and tell us how you intend to use it. A photograph of the product markings or packaging can also help our team understand your question.
This guide does not assign one material, certification or temperature limit to every EUROPLAST product. Check the details for the exact item you are choosing.
