Privacy Policy

This page explains the information used when you browse europlast.pk, contact EUROPLAST, use a store account, place an order or request email updates. For a question about your information, contact [email protected] or use our contact page.

Information you provide

When you send an enquiry, the form asks for an email address, an enquiry topic and your message. You can also provide your name and phone or mobile number. These details are used to understand and respond to your enquiry.

Account and order features use the details you provide for those activities, such as contact information, delivery information and the products you choose. Check the information shown in each form before submitting it.

Please do not include passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in an enquiry.

Orders, accounts and support

Information submitted through store features is recorded in the store's business system to support the relevant order, account or enquiry. Order information is used for order-related communication and fulfilment, including the details needed by delivery partners.

If you contact us about an existing order, including your order number helps our team locate the relevant information.

Email updates

The newsletter signup asks for your email address and agreement to receive updates. A confirmation link is sent before the address is added to the configured mailing list. Requesting email updates is separate from sending an enquiry or placing an order.

If you need help with an email subscription, contact [email protected] and identify the email address concerned.

Cookies and analytics

The store uses cookies and browser storage to support functions such as sessions, account information and shopping preferences. The website also loads a Google Analytics tag. Depending on browser and tag settings, Google Analytics can process website-use information such as page visits, browser and device information and approximate location.

Read our Cookies Policy for examples and browser controls. Google explains its processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Links to other services

Our contact options include links to services such as WhatsApp and Google Maps. If you choose to open one of those links, you will interact with that service under its own privacy practices and settings.

Questions about your information

To ask about information associated with an order, account, enquiry or subscription, contact [email protected]. Tell us which activity your question relates to, without sending passwords or payment details. Contact us if you need information about how a particular record is handled or retained.
